You have the option to email the permit application and drawings to underwood@walnutel.net. If you would like to pay for the permit online, please contact City Hall at 712-566-2373.
Contractors are able to create a FrontDesk Account by going to https://underwoodia.frontdeskgworks.com/ and make a user name and then go to the Forms in FrontDesk and fill out a brief Building Permit that can be matched with the actual “full” building permit application listed below.
